I am talking about only for EWS MP project...... Training- No proper Training is given by any expert regarding project. Travel- if you travel for a day for site visit purpose, you can not claim expenses (like Fooding) until you complete min 24 hrs. Innovation- Nothing Career/growth- If you are doing something different among other, no one will about to appreciate you. Divisional field engineer and particular ULB Field engineer are on same parameter. However work load for Divisional Field engineer is too much because they have to maintain various ULB's under respective Division....Read More

I am divisional field engineer and my work load is too much because i will have to maintain 45 ULB under my division. my work satisfaction is very good because my seniors feel free/relaxed/unanxious.
