As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

In the Morning coordinator will call you and they will order them to go to site for clicking photo or visit railway bridges to count span etc. Coordinator doesn't know how to keep records and data safely for future use, they will ask to do same job for 3-4 times a month. Company don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. Company simply entrains the technical team members, they will come every day for chit chat and timepass & their is no proper pms evaluation for the technical team, they simply pays 7 t o 8 lakhs for freshers and if 10 years they pay above 12 lakhs blindly..

They will only focus on supporting staff like hr, admin, and other who receives less salary they treat like slavs... They blindly trust reporting managers some of them really unethial... .. We didnt find any where professionalism..

Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it.
