You can approach any person without hierarchy. As far as training is concerned its upto location admin and Hr team, which is not supportive at Jhagadia.

Dislikes

I can tell about Jhagadia location only. Management is not good. Toilets are not cleaned and water always remains stalled on road which leads to foul smell and mosquitoes. Office politics is there, biased promotions, unnecessary policy changes and approval are asked.
