I am in process engineering department so in my department everyday new and innovative trouble shooting we are facing so it quite good for us learn new things I a technical way and here if u have genuine suggestion with technical support then u can implement it easily after discussing with senior ,manager or DGM ,site head etc.

Canteen and there food both are not well.

Wellthe great thing about aarti is their leadership involvement in field. The culture of every worker towards safety and most important good work life balance at lower or mid level

The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

Only harassment from boss and subordinate don't have manners to talk with superior and boss didn't listen from us he listen from non technical staff and order us

Company spends tremendously on people development. Leadership of Aarti is very result oriented and works towards betterment of all the employees. They are true people leaders.

In today's world every manufacturing companies (not only Aarti) have to understand the market demand of special technical workforce and rethink about the perks they should get in manufacturing industry as well to retain the best talent.

5 day working culture for permanent employees.

1) In the name of cost cutting they are removing very basic need of an employee. 2) work culture is not so good, only people having good bonding with managers get promoted. It doesn't mean how hard u work but u will not get promotion.
