My unit is very informative and good for mechanical engineering pass outs and freshers. working under senior engineers is good. They always helps us and shares all the information and studies they have learnt in that period of time. Work culture is very nice. Here. Our mental health is also not compromised. The cons working in Aarti industries, Hr first of all the salary. Salary here is less looking to the average salary spent on the engineers in other related companies. As working in an chemical plant, every engineer and other workers work in a hazardous environment and work risking their lives. Mostly the worker level here are the locals. So while working with them is bit of a challenge.
