I have been working this company from 2023. Management is very poor. Management not responding on mails calls and msg. Salary not on time. Always deduct the salary for silly reason.

Growth is slow, won't get salary on time, notice period is for 90 days, experience certificate you will get after 8-12 months(won't get easily).hr behaviour is rude ,they won't bother for anything whatever happens .

Review of Aarav Organisation My experience with Aarav Organisation has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Despite joining the company in June 2023 based on positive feedback, my tenure here has been plagued with numerous issues: 1.Misleading Job Description: Initially, I was attracted by the promise of working on a project starting from scratch, which seemed like a valuable learning opportunity. However, I soon discovered that I was actually assigned to an ongoing project with fragmented resources from various vendors, leading to a lack of cohesive support. 2. Unclear Offer Letter: Upon being hired, I received a letter of intent rather than a formal offer letter detailing my salary or CTC. This lack of clarity was troubling and indicative of the company's unprofessionalism. 3. Unpredictable Salary Issues: Salary payments were inconsistent, with deductions made without notice and explanations often attributed to "technical glitches." Delays in resolving these issues led to prolonged financial uncertainty. 4. TDS Non-Compliance: The organisation deducted TDS from my salary but failed to remit it to the income tax authorities, resulting in discrepancies in my 26AS form. Despite repeated follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. 5. Lack of Support for Exit Formalities: Upon resigning, obtaining a relieving letter, experience letter, and other exit documents became an arduous task, with no responses from HR despite numerous emails. 6. Delayed Full and Final Settlement: My final settlement has been pending since April 2024, and despite daily follow-ups, the company has yet to process it, leaving me in financial limbo. Conclusion:- Aarav Global product and service pvt LTD, Organisation has not only failed to meet basic professional standards but has also negatively impacted my career and personal financial stability. Worst HR ever experienced they kick employees after the project audit. No transparency, No security, Not a worth, How this company can serve banking clients. Before joining they say that they will provide offer letter on the day of joining. But once you join and if the client requirement is already fulfilled then they will simply tell you the client has declined the profile and you will loose hope.
