Job security depends on projects. There are some long term projects but based on requirement they'll will add n remove resources. Notice period is 3 months for employees but 1 month for employer which is totally unfair. No one will question you as long as you do your work properly. But If the project is over they will try get you into another project if available otherwise they will give you a month notice to leave....Read More
