I like the Culture and the connect we have between all the Aapnaites. The freedom to experiment and launch new initiatives after its well-researched, keeping the team benefits in mind. The open-door policy to reach out to top management without the botheration of reporting hierarchy. The transparency that the management maintains with the team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
