I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. MD is good in everything but below staff very old and lack of knowledge and harrasment of new staff and change.

Dislikes

Very poor management, lack of knowledge or not upgrading, Notice payment on Basic salary example if any manager have salary 2 Lakh but basic is 50,000 then company pay 50,000 instead of 2 Lakh, Own Rules and HRA doesn't listen or upgrading as per Company and shop act.
