Bad working experience in aakriti architects. No any financial support during covid-19. Even offer us to work in half salary.

Dislikes

growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and sometime as a double shift as I have to attend client and project related calls in the evening sometime late into the night. I do receive appreciation from my Clint at site, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals....Read More

Work Details

My work is project management, supervision. As I have to look after the entire project, local marketing, vender handling, drawing discussion, Clint handling, measurements, tour, project planning, team coordination ect.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
