No Pressure on Targets. The branch manager is very cooperative. The actual Product is good which is being sold.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Long hours. The incentive cycle is terrible. Credited after every 4 months or so. Post-sales processing is the worst. It's made to waste employees' time.
