Nothing in Gurgaon Centre(This is specific for Mr Sherawat and team , not for corporate centers), Corporate cetres have a bit politics , overload , Strict culture but overall ok, but franchise centre like Gurgaon is Pathetic , work in a local institute rather working here, only good for freshers.

Dislikes

This is specific for Guragaon Aakash which is a franchise centre, Non Academics are barbarians, they shout and disrespect faculties just like there so called boss Mr Shewarat , will delay your salary, manipulate feedbacks , not a place for an experienced faculty, freshers have good chances becase they belive in cost cutting , so freshers directly can take up the Senior batches.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
