Every thing.. starting from joining till date.. No promised salary given.. No satisfied leaves and policies for employees No Proper OT and Night shift allowances. No Proper office at Airport Nobody is here to listen & solve employees issues. Security deposit amount is too high to put before joining by employees (1 Lakh) No proper transportation allowances when we are out of state for trainings. This is a fraud company. All AI senior officials are involved in this corruption. This is a profit making company but this company also sucks the blood of employees. That tell the employees that they will give so many things but in real they don't give normal things which other company gives like leave policy medical policy. When their staff died in an accident this age they don't know him. They are company who don't renew the contract but the give a fresh contract with at least 6 to 7000 lesser salary. Your management is the most corrupted and fraud management in India. Joining in this organisation will be the terrible blender decision of anybody's life. Everything about the company is dislikes. It's leave policy, medical policy and overall all the policies about the staffs are against the Indian labour law. I wish this company should close permanently and forever and this blood sucking management should be punished.

If there were poor companies listing, this company would stand top. One of the worst company an employee could work for. Literally, employees has to fight to meet their basic requirements. Only half the pay is paid to employees for almost a year. Huge amount of rs 750 given as increment. People work the entire night till 6am and getpaid rs 120 and 125 for OT. Basically paying in triple digits for the extra works that people put in. Highlight is that, the turnover per month for the company is huge yet becomes poorer when it comes to paying employees. Jumping into the culture now, employee could jump into volcano. Instead of burning here, they can burn there. One of the worst ever experience people can have here for the politics they have in here. Zero growth, yet too many politics. Guess what all these politics are for, just to skip their work. No one wants to take anything on their shoulder rather they pass it to others and relax. Short breaks in shifts. No leaves. Poor hierarchy. Above all this Hr of the company won’t even mind any of these issues.
