There is noting to like about this company. Please do not join this company as it will ruin your life.

Dislikes

Very poor management of regular employee. They want to show power on contractual employees only. No HR Policy. Very strict office timings. No medical policy. No festival celebration. Top management is very bad. They think of only about themselves. If you are jobeless and do not have any option then only join this organisation. This is not a PSU type company. Loads of work pressure here.

Worst Company I ever work. So much of Politics , No promotion No Job Security....you always work under pressure. Permanent Employee of AAI treat you like a slave . no NOC for interview in other Govt companies., TOP management change frequently that will impact your working style as new employer makes new rule each time. No define leave policy and no medical benefit.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

They treat you very like wage labour. There is no system of work here. No leave policy. Salary is often delayed. No job security. Girls are really unsafe here. Constant harrasment is being done by the AAI deputed staff specially Junior executives like Shashank Singh and Nishant chillar.
