Job security is 0 as they can fire you instantly anytime. And students are below average as they will give admission to Donkey also if he will pay a fees.

There is no job security, unprofessional attitude throughout the organization. No leave policy no PL. Poor decision making by inexperienced managers. There is no work life balance. Too much interference in other's work. Inequality amongst employees. They believe in keeping their employees confused, no announcements are done on time. They are still working in the era of maalik-naukar.

They don't beleive in giving off/leaves to their employees. There is no leave policy no PL, no medical leave. Only 1.25 CL per month. That's it. Even festival off calender is not followed.
