Low prformr wrked for years with gud salry- conectn wid dirctr. I mis my deprtmnt and colegues but wil nevr come wid such aprasal and dirctr.

New good initiative for faculties Events Seniors

Dislikes

Averge Appraisal same for all, no matter how much you work. Ajay kumar and his politics, fake talks, depression in his meetings, criticises even ceo and founders. Earlier, all was well with lesser holidays Now, all well with worst E. Director. Saturday not required still had to come. Events done are not academic.

Any day can be last day Director, Dean, Hod are namesake, nothing in their hands Executive Director is imposed who don't even know how to behave. He is biased and has developed favourites. Students want classes, noone cares. Non beneficial events all the time. Terrible increment. Owners have closed all windows to listen. Pure Lala culture. No employee retention, no policy. Deductions without prior information. System ki maa behen ho rakhi hai. They think they pay better. Outside world has no option and less payment they think. Overconfidence without reason. Many employees left the organisation due to poor Director (s) and their outdated leadership qualities. Hard copy people....Read More

Environment is good here. Payment on time every month. No issue in getting leaves from seniors. Heads are very supportive in day to day working.

Dislikes

Work pressure increases sometimes as depending on the profile new work can be assigned (temporary) Some worth holidays can be added.

Work Details

I come daily on time. Start the classes and then work on future classes and ither works assigned. It is that simple. Thanks to Heads and above people. There is no politics here in my department.

Location is great. Some people are very good here.

Nothing fixed here...... Our senior wanted to make a good envirnmnt but old faculties are like everythng to students and seniors...... So I was out of AAFT...... due to some feedback and complaints....... Teachers also were jealous as I was working better than them. Yea...... As a faculty I was forcd to get fees from stdnts............ Very low salary of even senirs so how would I expct.......

My reprtng person always hlpd me. But he hlpd a old teacher to let me out....... To mch politics..... Smtms LMS coms, Smtms thse that....... us there. Its like khichdi..... Worst place... Wrst mngmnt....... Ever........

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
