In sales job security is the first question comes in any sales professional mind. If AAFT Online comes with this thing that for clearing the Probation Period instead of just only doing the numbers your intent of working should also been taken in consideration.

Hire and fire every week new person They are cheap people zero stability they just want hire and fire 80 people are the size and they all are in probation And they sales manager that hairless archit is literally animal and finding new girls for personal affairs no f&f!no pf fake fake fake students are literally frustrated from there unwanted calls

The absolutely like the way you are continuously pushed through your limits so that your best , as a sales consultant , can find expression.

There are no dislikes as such but yes would appreciate introduction of engaging sales workshops from industry experts.

Good place to work at and I am currently enjoying working over here It feels like home as we do have pressure but then we have realistic targets Being it a Sales Process we havent ever exceeded the office hours till date which is quite amazing as our Director promotes work life balance

The organisation has a great working environment with best management. If anyone wants to grow in the field of sales then there is no better ed-tech than AAFT Online. Everyone is very professional and no absurd meetings take place even if the numbers are not on point, there is just motivation.

Dislikes

Personally i don’t like the incentive structure of the organisation, this can be improved.
