Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I wish I could pen down even one, but just to mention, they give salary on time

Dislikes

1. Bad management 2. No leave policy (infact they have hardly made any policy since the establishment started which is April 2022) 3. Extended shift and also shift timing changes( Mon - Sat) Sunday off 4. Bias behaviour by Leaders 5. Dictatorship Culture A lot more . .. But I guess this will help

People are really amazing, management has little to no clue how to manage things but people make it a wholesome experience, the newly appointed HR team is trying to make a good difference in work experience.
