It's a MNC company for the name sake. Saturday offs.

No work Life balance. No standard of work. No management intervention on employee's Work pressure from team leader. Will make to work full potential without appreciation. Using Old managing practice of making work more longer time with less concern over employees stress and improving their soft skills and development. Priority is only over production and profit.
