Work Details

The teachers at AV are really diligent and always motivate my daughter which allows her to perform even better. My daughter is in junior school and she loves the way her teachers interact with her and help her learn new things.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. I spent five wonderful years at AV and I have got to say, it always felt like second home to me. The administration genuinly valued teachers' input. Which made a big difference. Plus focus on enrichment programs brought so much joy to my role. I loved watching my students shine not just in academics but also in sports and arts.

The structured learning system at AV is focused on the both theoretical and practical aspects of education. My daughters' teacher at Aadhdarshila Vidyapeeth helped her overcome her fear of tough subjects by clearing out her sought using practical knowledge. she now completes her homework without considering it a burden. The Student-teacher interaction has finally paid off!
