Training procedure is very good as experienced by me.I have attended 2 Trainings at Mumbai ,arrangements are very good regarding product knowledge,accomadation & fooding all was very good.

Senior Mktg team haveonly forcing for the business but due to seperation of each department sanctioning,technical,disbursement it will take longer time & the ROI is very higher side so customer will abuse for the delay process by saying that you are charging more rate & although servicing very poorly.AHFL one policy is very poor of starting the business and closing the same at any time,due to this making the market for AHFL is very difficult.Maximum AHFL team comes from Mahindra finance so they have not any sound knowledge.Overall due to this I was fallen in achievements and I have resigned as considering it as my failure....Read More
