work life balance and lack of work satisfaction. Hard and odd timings working hours.. too much work pressure. I got/ received 6 ACE awards but no growth and also local regional / Zonal head playing politics..i got good compensation & rating, but growth is very low.. as per above reasons im move out...Aadhar is employee safety company...
