Worst company .company will not provide employees salary on time . Many months half salary only will be issued to employees. In HR Ramakrishnan one person is there he will take to all employees in a rude manner with bad words pudungitu irukiya like that .continously they will have opening in HR department because of this. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
