Work culture and employee engagement activities are so good.

Compensation is the major drawback there.Even now they are giving a basic pay of 7k for executives and even if an employee is getting a salary of 15k or above they are hiding the actual basic pay so as to reduce the of deduction from company.They don't provide increments as well.Emploees having 5 and 6 years of experience is getting20k from this company.Also no work life balance we have to be available 24*7....Read More

It is supposed to be a corporate company by definition. But I do not feel so, in fact none of the employees do.
