This organisation provides the best employee friendly enviornment. Their is not a single thing which is good about this company. The HR is so disrespectful, that she always try to disrespect other. Not a single person is happy with the HR. And we can't talk to other adminstration persons directly, we have to ask the permisson with HR. But she always try to insult me. Please don't join this company it's culture is really toxic.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
