I am writing as per my personal experience only For Menarini CSO LIFESCAN (Ahmedabad) - I had worked with Menarini (CSO Lifescan) .It was the wrost working culture in my 10 years of professional life. Nothing is here for appreciate but company has big name. Employee will be treated as Labour( daily worker) ,there is no respect of your work.
