These company platform really good for a growing career. we can do international business communication closely.they have some offices in Germany,hamburg ,we work happily in collaboration with our colleagues.

Dislikes

slow growth, managers do not value an indivuals "unique strenghts"

GOT EXPERIENCE OF SEA EXPORT DOCUMENTATION WORK AS WELL AS HANDLED COMPANY OWN SYSTEM PACKAGE , BILLING ON INTERNATIONAL BASE.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
