The Freedom of work, they don't tell employees how to work, theu believe in individuality and give clarity on final vision and give us freedom to make our own path towards vision. Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.

Dislikes

No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.

There are ample amount of opportunities available and I see my strengths getting identified and leveraged. The culture is open and supportive. Be it managers or senior leaders, everyone is approachable. Newer ideas are always listened to and appreciated. We are given the independence of execution and implementation.

It is more of a people driven rather than process centric organisation.
