We are working towards aligning and implementing effective frameworks such as OKRs to better manage and develop performance which you shall benefit to help resolve increasing pressure, managers are also going through Manager Development Program (MDP) which should help managers get better at managing workload and effective delegation which doesn't lead to unwanted stress.- (A-1 Fence Products Representative)
