Towards delay in salary, 'Wellbeing' is a brand promise of A-1 Fence to its employees, living this promise we are glad to share we haven't had a single termination or lay off during the crisis times of COVID-19 nor have we had salary cuts. The intention has always been that funds be managed to ensure employee wellbeing as priority, this lately has resulted in salaries being pushed a few days beyond the scheduled release date but we never have seen salary lapse during any month. We appreciate your support during this time and be rest assured that management is working each day through various initiatives which are working towards returning back to the old salary release cycle as communicated by the senior leaders at A-1 Fence.

There is nothing to like as an employee of A1 fence.
I have worked for 3 years and 6.0 months and had wrost exerience of my professiobnal life. They show you lot of dreams but not a single one will come true. They have two faces. They will provide you the benefits except your career growth. The managers here are of poor mindset and useless people who dont know how to treat there subordiinate. All managers blindly following the instruction of Management to just save their job and create a lot of Burden on their subordinates. Recommended for the managers but not for the executives. They provide you lot of services on chargable basis which is much higher than market rate....Read More
