Posh should be seriously taken and stop ogling. People with old and conservative thoughts are here. The good ones moved forward and left company. Owner is perpetuating social and hierarchy and communal related tensions that are affecting workplace dynamics. It has created a hostile work environment. Promotions may prioritize personal favoritism than merit.
