We are over burdened with work, the management tells us they can not do anything. Do it or leave it. Managers humiliate the employees in front of the entire floor and on emails for not performing good even in a single month.
Dislikes
Over pressure and stress of meeting targets. My manager humiliates every team member Openly on floor and on emails. We have even asked to come office when we are unwell and asked to work on week offs as well. We are not given more than one day’s leave.
