One of the best companies should you want to begin your career. I believe packages can be improved here. Love the management and culture here which foster growth and imbibe trust on its employees. A career safety is assured. Regular yearly promotions guaranteed. I worked here for good 8 years and miss the culture. During covid times, management arranged concentrators for its employees struggling to find one with home delivery. This clearly suggests the mind set of organization. There is a huge disparity between work allotted among team members. Those who perform well are given so much work that they are forced to quit in a while. The senior management is useless and blames writer for everything. At first they will fawn all over you to get more work done and then make you a scapegoat. Hotbed of office politics.
