One of the best companies should you want to begin your career. I believe packages can be improved here. Love the management and culture here which foster growth and imbibe trust on its employees. There is a huge disparity between work allotted among team members. Those who perform well are given so much work that they are forced to quit in a while. The senior management is useless and blames writer for everything. At first they will fawn all over you to get more work done and then make you a scapegoat. Hotbed of office politics. It's a telesales job based on target . Manager will pressurise much for completing the target . Promotion is just like you will get the appraisal and promotion but here you have to do the same telesales work .You and your seniors have to do the same work . It's completely a call centre.
