There is a huge disparity between work allotted among team members. Those who perform well are given so much work that they are forced to quit in a while. It's a telesales job based on target . Manager will pressurise much for completing the target . Promotion is just like you will get the appraisal and promotion but here you have to do the same telesales work .You and your seniors have to do the same work . It's completely a call centre.
