Worst Company. Bad Culture. No Job Security. Unnecessary Pay Cuts. Work Life Balance is very poor. You should think 10 times before joining this type of disaster company. Management is saying to their current employees to give positive feedbacks, all positive feedbacks are written by forcefully.

Dislikes

Management is completely vision less. They are just depends on fake publicity through Linkedin. They don't have any values and mission. Suddenly, they say anything and after some days their wordings have changed. Fool peoples, always delay in compliances and every time they try to kept money of old employees. Management is completely behave like a thief. Very bad culture.

Its a growing company and an excellent work environment to work at. Great co-workers and cool founders can be found at this work-place. You will definitely get the chance to maintain the work-life balance and work with joy.

Dislikes

Initially at the time I joined, there were some lay-offs going on but now the company has been stabilized as the re-structuring at the organization level was the need of an hour at that point of time.

They are asking their employees to post good stuff to hide the negative comments because they know they did a hige mistake by hiring Aditya. Im pretty sure it was his hide to for fake positive reviews 😭😂😂😂 I pity him 😭😭😂😂
