When I had joined there were few layoffs like rest of the start-up wrld. I was cautious in my early days. The envronmnt was so negative. But things has changed slowly-slowly. Now, I can see positivity everywhere. Every1 has clear tasks and duties. Old pplhas left and new ones r engery driven. We like it as team.

The work 91sqft does is really good. This business idea is good. Funding is good.

Dislikes

Changing my review. Some newly added high ups (not so great high ups in human nature) treats people like daily wage earning labours. Nobody wants to work for a boss who does not respect their team members. Yes. you. If you are reading this. you know who it is. Everybody in the organisation knows who this persom is. Has zero respect for women. Talks typically and in obvious kind of way behind every person in the organisation. Although the CEOs knows every bit of the persons in the org. Well that said, he doesnt even respect his wife for that matter, who are we to expect more from him. Also, ever since this guy, the work environment has quite become toxic. Firing people without notice and not even compensating the remaining salary fully. Basic is what you will get if they fire you for the days you have worked in the month. Caution- you'll understand the person whom im talking about, cause he is just so needy, despite being a director and tries so hard to act cool. Spoiler alert- he's not so cool. No no just don't go. Unless you have an extreme financial crises and you need bare minimum. Cause that's what he will offer you (he will exploit you no matter what department or location). No offense to co founders.
