I have seen things go a full circle. There were times when nothing was working out, all of us were feeling burned out, and despite working long hours there was no work satisfaction. But what a turn-around in the last 12 months. Now leadership is set and stable, good people-friendly policies like serving unlimited fruits all day long, variable pay disbursed quarterly, and performance ratings and evaluations are sorted. Nobody tracks when you are coming or leaving and there is full autonomy and freedom to work and express. Founders are also very accessible. I got full support from the leadership in setting up my own business and received great guidance and mentoring over the last year. I almost feel bad seeing the people pouring their frustration on company. This company is surely not for you if you are looking for a cushy place. Rotten culture, where they have no structure in organization or in work. Their processes continue to be volatile. Now they are saying that they need to hire so many freshers, when they fired many few months back. Growth stated in articles is fictitious, with funding being refused few months back. They will fire disrespectfully and not even pay your notice pay

Totally a worst Management, nothing is to be like. Thinking and vision is too low of the Founders. They are making money through cheat employees as well as vendors. They are working as road siders. They have hired some policemen and advocates to threatened employees and vendors, always made false cases to destroy careers and unnecessary creating issues with almost all exited employees.

Management and Founders are abusing the employees. They are unable to manage growth and a big team. Now they have hired some worthless team (So called Top Management). They are always give wrong suggestions and destroying company day by day. All of those are overpaid with lack of knowledge. Never join this company otherwise police and advocates, who is working for this company will destroy your mental peace. 91Squarefeet is a living nightmare. Working there has been completely disheartening. The management is very rude and has no regard for employees' personal time. The company will treat you like it owns you. You can do everything right but you will still not get any appreciation for your hard work. Very very toxic work culture.
