1) No proper management of work. Always take projects without any clarity Making it a mess. 2) report focused CSM team with no interest in taking clarity on work from client. 3) No proper growth 4) Not much scope in learning anything new. 5) Only focused on their own software for report submission which is a junk learning that won'tbenefit for our future growth 6) Just for name sake they are providing alternative Saturday off. 7) Hectic work, they don't properly plan and execute later pressurize engineer to cover-up their faults. 8) They have lousy vendor team who are good for nothing.
