The work culture is pretty neat. You’re required to complete your within the job hours. Extra hours are not counted & not required even. However, that’s the only plus point.

Dislikes

The company does not have any provision for growth or any learning/ development. You’re expected to make your own investment and grow by yourself. There’s no scope for promotion either. The management keeps adding to your job description however you’re not compensated for the additional work. Moreover, the increments are bare minimum. They’re finding reasons to put you down in your appraisals leading to a poor increment....Read More

"Earlier, the management was excellent, with a deep understanding and genuine support for their staff. There was a high level of transparency within the company, and managers demonstrated strong leadership by taking true ownership of their roles. This created a positive and collaborative work environment."

Dislikes

"Senior leadership and managers are not taking responsibility, often shifting tasks from one person to another rather than addressing issues directly. This lack of accountability creates inefficiency and affects team morale."

Nothing. First they stopped the salaries for the month of April and May and then they fired around 100 people in June without any salary.

CEO is clueless the senior management is clueless no idea where it is heading
