I like to working with my team. Because there were so much welcoming. And the lead use to so much be patience while I was messing up everything. He use to understand my small or big mistakes. And the production coordinator mam looks after everyone work and work balance. All also I like my team mate and also I like the other team members too. There is no much pressure like other companies for that low quality project I have worked for.

Dislikes

Huge politics. They won't value artist skills. If somehow your superiors likes you, then you are legend even though you don't have any talents. Quality artists wont get proper recognition. In most of the department, who were in the higher position don't even know the basics like junior artist. Company is running in full of flaws. Founder might not aware of these things
