Very the worst experience with that company. First of all, the company has no stability. Who is the actual owner of the company? Amit was a Co-founder but didn't have any rights in this company. Who is the HR and whose roles & responsibilities are there? He doesn't care about anyone, no matter which founder makes any HR, who knows who is the Vice president or whose rights he/she knows. Every month deducted the amount of PF will be just doubled but it will not be updated on the PF portal. When I'm an employee, suddenly if the office's wifi goes bad and work from home starts every few months the whole office shift will happen every 3 months. Last year in June 2023 the office wifi suddenly broke down or was not working till today. Last year in November 2023 suddenly after office hours 30 employees got an email that you were terminated. Even 4 months' salary was withheld. Or no response from the company owners Nikhil, Amit, and Apeksha. No one responded till now regarding the promise that "HUM KISI KA PAISA NAHI MARENGE SABKO PAYE KARENGE" so cheap line forever told, but today is 18-11-2024 no payment from the company, and no response from those sides....Read More

It's one of the worst startup to work with. They don't provide PF every month and they will not tell you about this in the interview. Also they credit salary late around 3-5 every month. They will change your profile overnight without your consent. Priyal Vyas and Aavni Agarwal & Shrushti Mule are the worst people to work who doesn't have any managerial skill they are zero in reality. This are so called managers will not provide you any training and ask you to learn from YouTube. They will mentally torture you to the level that you will resign yourself from the company. Work culture is worst here you will struggle to adjust yourself in the team as they treat new joinee like a slave. Mostly people are young and unexperienced and pretend they know everything. One of the worst CEO I have come across who doesn't know wats happening in the team and why people are resigning. Please think twice before joining this company all good reviews are been asked to give so that they sell their brand well. Please guys don't waste your career here. In the end you will regret.
