1. The only plus point here at this company is its competitive salary i.e. the salary which they offer is v good. 2. Second point is a bit skill development because when you are given a bit of challenging task daily then automatically you are pushing through it and you will learn new things like that.

Dislikes

1. No job security. They won't take much time to terminate you and replace you only in a month if they don't see brilliant work even if you gave your 100% . A small mistake and you are gone. They need to understand that a person needs time to understand the work and adjust in the environment. They must not judge a person so quickly only in a month or two. 2. Poor work life balance. I thought you only need to work 8 hours but the employees are working more than 12 hours a day and the manager could message or call you anytime at night or morning to complete the task. They need to understand that there is a person's family too and a private life too to whom also they need to give time. I am deeply disappointed with how my employment has been handled in 5X, To hire someone, onboard them, and end their employment within "One Week" citing "Lack of clarity" and the management decision is completely unacceptable. That kind of situation can be handled during the hiring process or maybe before hiring someone. It feels like I was brought in without the company even knowing what it needed. What makes it worse is that my manager "The Head of People & Culture" didn't even bother to set up a basic intro call with the leadership team, instead of accepting her mistake I was blamed for things that were not in my control. judging someone within a week without setting any clear expectations is beyond unreasonable. The so-called "Head of people & Culture" clearly has no understanding of people management and no work ethic. Quick to hire very quick on fire, quite a surfacial "good culture" company. Lot of favorite people and only they get to speak or even engage during meetings

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance, pathetic culture and poor clarity of leadership in terms of what they wanna do. Plus they just favour their favorites. Join only if you want a black star in your career journey. Clueless teams and superficial culture aren't gonna add much value
