Despite being officially obligated to serve a three-month notice period, I was asked to leave early, resulting in incomplete notice fulfillment. Additionally, I was moved out on half salary without a clear explanation, which felt unjust. The HR department appeared unresponsive to employee concern, Such practices contributed to a toxic culture, where politics overshadowed productivity and teamwork.
