Worst Culture and politics ever No job security if you are not Manager favorites and even if you get runner rating they can remove in 6 months and No Hr support silent firing is normal torture on timing for office no work life balance and complete micro management

Job security is good as they provide opportunities to work in different team if not satisfied with particular TL or project.
