- 1-2 month delay in receiving the increment and bonus. - Don't expect the HR team to help you in any matter you are on your own. - The design head is not a professional, lacks leadership and management skills, and is ignorant. - Promotion is based on how much you participate in gossips it is not based on the work - The opinions formed about you will be more influenced by the gossip spread within the design team than by your actual work. The head of the design also participates in this. - The head of design lacks task management skills. She is unaware of how much time people spend on tasks and their impact. Worst Culture and politics ever No job security if you are not Manager favorites and even if you get runner rating they can remove in 6 months and No Hr support silent firing is normal torture on timing for office no work life balance and complete micro management
