The environment was heavily influenced by internal politics, with the HOD bypassing direct communication and suggesting I look for another job. This created a sense of insecurity and lack of support. Despite being officially obligated to serve a three-month notice period, I was asked to leave early, resulting in incomplete notice fulfillment.
