The head of the design also participates in this. - The head of design lacks task management skills. She is unaware of how much time people spend on tasks and their impact. Worst Culture and politics ever No job security if you are not Manager favorites and even if you get runner rating they can remove in 6 months and No Hr support silent firing is normal torture on timing for office no work life balance and complete micro management
