Good Growing company with handsome salary though not industry-best but as per non-expensive area of New Delhi. Software for Energy sector and Power distribution. HR team is very co-operative

Politics, no work culture, if you're good at licking you are great, they don't even warn the employee if he is doing wrong they simply kick out without even asking for explanation. No ethics of MNC and HR has no power so it's pointless to seek help when u need. Your senior is licking all the time and if you are the most valuable pers on of your team then also the senior will not try to retain you<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They have a very bad habit of calling for meeting when you're working time is getting over and no compensation when you work extra</mark>. They also call you for working on holiday's and even for this shamelessly no compensation is given. All the above things are illegal according to labour law of India but they knew that there are lakhs of people waiting for an opportunity and those who have they fear to loose job, so no one complains. There are some department who directly report to director's so their work is always valuable and they might give you good review. all the best...Read More

6 working day in a week and for 9hr 30 min. Your senior has no ethics to call you to his cabin and had a talk. They simply shout at you in cafeteria or corridor. No calendar is maintained no meeting time is scheduled.

Director has some puppets which are having a high salary. There is no HR policy actually, the director is real HR, and all their HR sit in Kolkata but the main office exists in Delhi. For 9.5 hours, you need to sit because your timings noted down by the receptionist otherwise definitely , your half-day salary will deduct. All senior persons are puppets of directors except one and their technical knowledge is below college dropouts but all are licking that's why they are in good positions. They hire freshers with hidden terms & conditions and then if you want to leave the company, they will demand money or relieve you in more than six or seven years. no appraisal unless your bond will not complete. too much politics. no work-life balance - 9: 30 hours need to spend. all team members are helpful no job security - depends on your bond period. seniors have no technical knowledge.

Nothing, not good work environment and office culture are very bad. They are deducted 25% of salary during this situation. Management are not supporting they are always want to open office in this situation even 1-2 covid-19 positive cases already happed.

There is a lot of politics everybody try to won't grow up and the management doesn't address our issue. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

There is too much of negativity in this company. Moreover your management doesnot trust you at all. They think of you as a labourer.. Management is involved at micro level which is not good . Management should be concerned about work completion . Bht instead of work completion management is concerned about another things.
