Dislikes

1. Misbehaviour by higher management with the employees 2. Hire and Fire policy. 3. Un professional behaviour by the management. 4. Very poor working conditions. 5. 6 days working. 6. The HR is just a type writer. 7.Lot of Micro management by the management. 8. They do not trust their employees. 9. They work on pilot projects and yes they have two paid projects but there is no income from those projects. 10. The CMMI level 3 is achieved by paying money to some institute as the company do not follow the CMMI practices. 11. Nothing, not good work environment and office culture are very bad. They are deducted 25% of salary during this situation. Management are not supporting they are always want to open office in this situation even 1-2 covid-19 positive cases already happed.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics everybody try to won't grow up and the management doesn't address our issue. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
