Worst Management, Top lead guys gets trust of management and play with the carrier of juniors, worst appraisal system only your bad performing days will be considered ur entire year's work will vanish in a 🫰. Not likely to join as a fresher u will get to learn but everything u have to do it on your own no one will be free to guide later u will end up with pip and ruined.

There is nothing that I can say 42Gears has not given me. Management is really helpful and they listen and take required actions quickly on our concerns.

I am working here as a Lead QA from last 2.9 years and on daily basis I have to manage my team's tasks and helping them in validating products features. Requirement gathering, Defining Test Plan, Test Strategies, Doing RnD and POC for new tool
